What is Sushi Italiano?
One of our proudest cuisines that we have introduced to Middlesex County is Sushi Italiano. An Innovative creation created by Chef Jimmy Trabelsi. Sushi Italiano is created with ingredients native to Italy, such as our our famous Parma Sushi Rolls featuring a risotto with Mozzarella, roasted pepper, a balsamic reduction & wrapped in delicious prosciutto. Most of our rolls use cooked ingredients & the ones with fish use Italian replacements, such as clams, fried calamari & smoked salmon. Don't forget to eat your Sushi Italiano!

Our private banquet room located in the rear of our restaurant is perfect for private events to board meetings & bridal showers. Our rear room hold 50+ comfortably. Our front house can be rented on weekends & exclusively for events. Our private room is accessible from New York City since we are located a walk away from Metuchen train station. It is also accessible by nearby towns such as Edison, Iselin, Woodbridge, South Plainfield, Fords & Perth Amboy.
