Sushi Italiano Launch Party @ Alessio Restaurant 426 is a Hit!

The Sushi Italiano launch party was a hit on July 3rd @ Alessio's in metuchen. The event featured the cuisine created by Chef Jimmy Trabelsi & an official look into the menu & presentation of the dishes was presented to the crowd. We are happy to say that we had a head count of 125 people. The sushi italiano t-Shirts provided by our good friend Tito Lajterman came in fresh that day & we will be making another batch for all of those who did not recieve one.

Sushi Italiano is now on our dinner menu but it is still in its experimental form. Chef Jimmy Trabelsi feels that it is not yet perfected to his expectations. We were able to get really good feedback from the launch party & picked 6 rolls that the crowd favored most.
We wanted to thank all of you guys that showed support on that night & would like everyone to wear their sushi italiano t-shirts proudly. In about a week, the restaurant is going to be launching another sushi italiano campaign, once the menu is ready to be served for lunch. Enjoy the pictures.
